2026 OLDE BEAUFORT FARMERS' MARKET FARMER/FISHERS/FOOD PRODUCER APPLICATION FORM

Your invitation to join the market will depend on 4 factors: 1. Your products are homegrown, handmade, homemade, or wild-caught by you. 2. Your business offers something new to the market and does not closely duplicate another business that is already a part of the OBFM. 3. You will be present in the booth to converse with customers each time your business participates. 4. Priority placement is given to Carteret County citizens. The market manager seeks to create a vibrant. diverse and balanced market and has final discretion, based on OBFM board policy, as to which vendors become a part of the organization.

FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE REVIEWED, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED OR CONSIDERED.

I am submitting a copy of my NCDOR Sales and Use Tax Certificate and any other documents necessary to legally sell products at this market. I understand this is mandatory. (If you are a returning OBFM vendor, your tax ID# has not changed, and you submitted your certificate last year, you may skip this requirement.)

I have read the OBFM rules and agree to abide by them. I understand that non-compliance may bar me from participation in the OBFM.

I acknowledge I am paying the $25 non-refundable application fee. This is payable through the Payments Page.
