1.  A $25 APPLICATION FEE, NON-REFUNDABLE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH APPLICATION. PLEASE REMIT AT THIS LINK.

2.  PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION FORM BELOW, CHECK THE REQUIRED BOXES, SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.

3.  BE SURE TO SEND A COPY OF YOUR NCDOR SALES & USE TAX CERTIFICATE

Once your application process has been completed and reviewed, the market manager will communicate to you, your status in the market.
