Olde Beaufort Farmers'Market
where life slows down so neighbors can catch up....

THE TIME HAS FINALLY COME!
The Olde Beaufort Farmers’ Market seventh annual Sea to Table Dinner returns to
the Harborside Park deck, 322 Front Street, on the beautiful Beaufort waterfront on
Thursday evening, October 5th. Doors will open at 5:15 PM for social time and the
dinner will be served at 6:00 PM.
We are excited to invite you to enjoy an evening of elevated Mexican cuisine
highlighting a sumptuous array of fresh, locally caught Carteret County

Park of Beaufort Grocery Company, Jon McGregor of Aqua Restaurant & Clawson’s
1905, and Elizabeth Kopf of Turner St. Market, highlights the bounty of the sea and
our farmers' fields, incorporating the cooking styles and flavors of México along the
way.
This special evening includes a menu of delicious food served buffet style, various
tasty appetizers, adult beverages including margaritas, Mexican beer, sangria, iced
tea, and water; scrumptious desserts, and live entertainment from Michael Paull,
talented local instrumentalist, singer, and composer.

THE OBFM HAS A NEW PLAN TO INCLUDE LOCAL BUSINESSES!
The Olde Beaufort Farmers’ Market supports local businesses and we recognize the impact our Saturday morning markets have on our area. By drawing guests from all over who are attracted to our locally, statewide, and nationally recognized market, we offer an excellent venue for businesses to promote their work and services.
We have, for the last several years, been largely funded by our Friends of the OBFM. This group is composed of individuals and businesses which value the market and wish to invest in its sustainability through a sponsorship donation to our 501(c)(3) organization.
This membership drive is beginning and you can join on our website.
One benefit of becoming a “Friend” at one of the top three donation levels is your business or the charity of your choice is invited to participate in the market up to three times during the season for promotional purposes. Folks who have taken advantage of this benefit have found they reach many new potential customers during each visit.
In response to businesses that would like to participate in the market more than
the 2 or 3 times their sponsorship allows, we have created a new program
which will give these members additional market access.
For a fee of $25 for each visit, a sponsor business may join the market additional times, up to once a month, space permitting. The market will provide a tent and table for the business’ use.
We will also include businesses which are not Friends of the OBFM to join the market at a charge of
$50 for each visit up to once a month, space permitting.
The Olde Beaufort Farmers’ Market values interactions and relationships among members of the community, individuals and businesses, as a means of contributing to the health, wellness, and happiness of our citizens! We believe this new program will benefit everyone involved.
